Compliance & Safety: Use InspectAll to log safety inspections and maintain asset histories for OSHA-compliant records.

Shop Maintenance: Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided) to move oversized materials, clean work areas, and keep the facility organized.

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Attitude & Aptitude: Strong mechanical curiosity and a "safety-first" mindset.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn specialized service management software.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the day.
Reliability: A consistent attendance record and a valid driver's license.
