    Warehouse Technician

    Crown Information Management assists Florida Companies to securely manage their physical information. Our teams create information management solutions for our customers’ data, no matter what format, location or lifecycle stage it’s in.

    The Warehouse Technician must be coachable, self-motivated, and have a good work ethic. This person must be highly organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Requirement:

    Must be able to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, as well as local and federal background checks.

    This person must have a valid driver’s license and must be forklift certified, or able to become forklift certified.

    • Receive, process, store, and scan inbound and outbound record storage inventory
    • Assist with record storage delivery and pickup
    • Ability to securely and accurately refile record storage boxes and files
    • Remove and process hard drives for destruction
    • Maintain container inventory and prepare containers for delivery
    • Inspect and repair returned shredding containers
    • Maintain warehouse cleanliness
    • Regular shop, warehouse, and office maintenance as needed
    • Other duties, as may be assigned by supervisor
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
    • Must be able to work regularly in adverse climatic conditions
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds
    • Commitment to adhere to and enforce all security procedures
    • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant demeanor with customers and staff
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Work well alone and in a team environment
    • Required to attend company training sessions

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent
