Disaster Kleenup Specialists is looking for an individual with a great attitude who can work efficiently in high-demand situations. The ideal candidate would be dependable, energetic, and a people person, along with being a strong hard worker with a 'get-up-and-go' attitude. If you enjoy working in an ever-changing environment and find it challenging, we would like to talk to you. The position requires computer knowledge and some experience in the construction or restoration field is a plus. However, we are willing to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Practices safety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working
Shipping and receiving products and equipment
Small structural repairs
Small equipment repairs & maintenance
Ability to lift up to 70lbs
Make deliveries when necessary
Responsible for stocking and restocking of shelves
Work may involve handling of hazardous materials
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining materials, tools and equipment used in the performance of duties
Organizational skills in keeping all documentation daily
Packing and Unpacking Contents
Loading and unloading furniture and contents
Requires the use of a video display (iPads, iPhones, Laptop, etc.) and standard office equipment
Operates and maintains computer-based maintenance management systems
Excellent Customer Service
Requirements:
Valid CA Drivers License
Reasonable Driving Record
Forklift experience valid or expired Cert
