    Key Responsibilities

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and office storage areas, ensuring equipment, tools, supplies, and materials are properly labeled and stored. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identify items that need to be reordered, and communicate supply needs to management. Track equipment, contents, and materials, including items received, stored, delivered, or assigned to crews and jobs. Track delivery and pickup dates for equipment, contents, supplies, and materials, ensuring items are available when needed. Maintain company vehicles and maintenance schedules, including tracking mileage, oil changes, inspections, tires, repairs, and other routine maintenance. Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment, reporting damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment to management. Maintain accurate records and communicate issues promptly, including inventory, vehicle maintenance, equipment, deliveries, and other warehouse-related activities.

    Job Requirements

    Valid driver’s license

    Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.

    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

    Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

    Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

    Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.

    Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
