As a Warehouse Valet / Lot Porter you will be responsible for driving and parking RVs of all shapes and sizes. Our warehouse cover tens of thousands of square feet with a lot of parking spaces. You will assist with executing the planned schedule for pick-ups, drop-offs. You will drive and park coaches around the facility transferring them between departments including Storage, Service, Detail, as well as customer pickup. Must be able to park large vehicles in tight spaces. Strong interpersonal skills are required as you communicate with employees and guests to facilitate a smooth work-flow. This position requires high-energy with the ability to stay mobile and active throughout the day.
Roles of Position:
Drive and Park Motorcoaches, Cars, Trucks, Trailers, Boats - some vehicles are 45 feet long
Plan for pickups & drop-offs, making sure all vehicles are out and ready on time for pick ups and pulled back into the building while noting any damages at drop off
Assist Collision and Service with moving vehicles as needed
Warehouse maintenance and cleaning
Pick up parts from vendors when needed
Responsible for dumping, flushing black/grey tanks and filling fresh water.
Communicate needs and concerns with management and other employees as needed
Requirements:
Good communication skills with both employees and guests
Operating Forklifts and must be comfortable driving Motorcoachs of every size and configuration (5th wheel, bumper pull, Class-A, Class-C, etc.).
Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
Positive attitude and great customer service skills
