    Job overview:

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our operations team, to work in our warehouse. This position is responsible for the efficient handling of shipping and receiving operations, inventory management, and warehouse organization to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Responsibilities and duties:

    Order Fulfillment

    Prepare bulk and retail orders accurately according to customer specifications

    Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment

    Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards before dispatch

    Shipping & Receiving

    Receive and process incoming containers and pallets, verifying shipment contents against documentation

    Prepare outgoing shipments including proper packaging, labeling, and loading

    Operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks safely

    Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately

    Warehouse Organization

    Organize and arrange pallets within the warehouse according to established systems

    Maintain clean, safe, and accessible storage areas

    Optimize space utilization while ensuring easy access to inventory

    Follow proper stacking and storage procedures to prevent damage

    Documentation & Inventory

    Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation

    Complete bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery receipts

    Update inventory management systems by scanning when the system is in place

    Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits

    Report inventory discrepancies to management

    Skills and qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Spanish speaker

    Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

    Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification required or willingness to obtain)

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Basic computer skills for inventory systems and documentation

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

    Excellent time management and ability to work independently

    Living within a 25–30 mile radius of the warehouse (zip code 77058)

    Physical Requirements:

    Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift

    Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures

    Comfortable working with machinery and equipment
