About the Role
Mission Tile West is seeking a dependable, team-oriented, and hands-on individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operations Associate. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in efficiency, safety, and great customer service — all while being part of a dynamic, family-run business.
As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in the daily functioning of our warehouse and showroom. From managing shipments to engaging with customers during pickups, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a physically active job and values being part of a tight-knit team.
No prior experience is required – we’ll provide training. What matters most is a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
● Receive and check in incoming orders with attention to detail
● Prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment
● Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and organize materials
● Load customer vehicles with care and professionalism
● Assist with pick-ups and drop-offs of materials as needed
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and showroom
● Provide friendly and helpful service during customer interactions
● Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
● Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
● Great attitude – approachable, respectful, and team-focused
● Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on role
● Able to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs regularly)
● Forklift experience is a plus (we offer certification if needed)
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

● Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and efficiency
