Warehouse Associate – School Nutrition Distribution

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: Competitive / Standard Warehouse Rate

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support a high-priority school nutrition distribution warehouse that supplies food and materials to schools across the county. This is a fast-paced, policy-driven environment where accuracy, cleanliness, and reliability are critical. Candidates must be comfortable working in both cool and warm areas and meeting strict compliance requirements.

• Receive, verify, and document incoming supplies and shipments

• Upload and process shipment information accurately

• Stock, pick, and prepare food and supply items for scheduled deliveries

• Accurately count, track, and maintain inventory levels

• Operate warehouse equipment, including sit-down forklift

• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food-handling, safety, and warehouse policies

• Perform duties both indoors and outdoors as needed

• Support daily warehouse operations in a high-volume environment

• Ability to lift and/or carry 30+ pounds

• Physically capable of operating warehouse and material-handling equipment

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in hot and cold temperature zones

• Prior warehouse experience required

• Sit-down forklift experience required

• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded

• Able to follow strict policies and procedures

Candidates must successfully complete after interviewing:

• Physical examination

• Tuberculosis (TB) test

• Drug screening

• Indefinitely clean background check

• Pre-screening process cost: $122.40 depending on medical insurance.
