Campus Classics is looking for a motivated and experienced Apparel Production & Warehouse Manager to lead our small-but-mighty team in Indianapolis. We’re a fun, fast-paced company that creates custom apparel and gear for fraternity life, and we pride ourselves on precision, creativity, and quality.
Who You Are
You’re a hands-on leader with a background in apparel production and decoration methods. You know how to manage both people and processes to keep operations running smoothly, deadlines met, and quality top-notch. You thrive in organized chaos, understand the details of apparel production and warehouse functions, and have a passion for delivering excellent results.
What You’ll Do
Oversee apparel production and decoration processes, including:
Embroidery on Tajima multi-head machines
DTG printing on Brother DTG Pro B’s with Synergy/Firefly Pretreat & dryer system
Trotec laser cutting/engraving
Heat transfer application
Lead and manage all daily operations across production and warehouse areas
Ensure high-quality output, proper equipment maintenance, and efficient order fulfillment
Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and workflow scheduling
Train, coach, and motivate team members while developing clear SOPs
Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Continuously improve production methods, efficiency, and quality standards
What You Bring
Proven experience in apparel production, garment decoration, or print shop management (warehouse/fulfillment experience is a plus!)
Familiarity with embroidery, screen printing, DTG, heat transfers, or similar apparel decoration techniques
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment and take initiative
Comfortable using basic tech tools and production/warehouse software

Location: On-site in Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Flexible pay structure to fit your preferences
Salary Option: $53,000–$68,000 annually, based on experience and skills, with extra comp time to balance out the busy season (Nov & Dec)
Hourly Option: Equivalent hourly rate with overtime for peak season weeks
