What will your job at KSI look like? We are looking for a reliable and hands-on full-time warehouse support. This is not a repetitive “pick & pack only” role. Working in our warehouse means supporting us in many different activities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to customer specifications (packages and pallets)

Supporting various warehouse and operations tasks as they come up (we are a small team and tasks may vary day to day)

Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if required)

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Performing routine inventory counts and reporting discrepancies

Engaging in minor assembly and repacking work

Loading and unloading trucks as needed

Actively adhering to safety protocols and warehouse procedures

What should you bring?

Ability to work independently and willingness to support in different tasks beyond standard picking & packing

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks

Forklift experience preferred or willingness to obtain certification through employer

Prior warehouse experience

Technical aptitude and interest is desirable

Job Details

Job Type: full-time (up to 40 hours per week)

Schedule: Flexible, Monday to Friday; occasional Saturday work may be required and will be compensated accordingly

Employment Status: At-will employment

Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
