    Custom Cylinders, Inc. is located in Cary, IL and has been designing and manufacturing high quality, custom pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders since 1984. We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse and Facilities Manager.

    Custom Cylinders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Facilities Manager to join our team . This position will be responsible for managing everything that comes into and leaves our facility. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment for all employees at Custom Cylinders.

    Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:

    Shipping/ Receiving/ Inventory Management

    Receive and inspect all deliveries. As part of inspection, you will verify that the right items were received and in the correct quantities.

    Properly storing all items received into the warehouse, ensuring that items are stored neatly and safely.

    Delivering raw materials to the CNC department for use in the manufacturing of new parts.

    Receiving completed parts from the CNC Department into inventory.

    Pulling, kitting and delivering all required components to the assembly team for final assembly.

    Receiving completed parts from the Assembly Department and packing them for shipment.

    Completing physical inventories and cycle counts as needed.

    Ensuring that the warehouse is kept neat, clean and orderly at all times.

    Completing all required paperwork for any products shipped or received.

    Support the efficient operation of Custom Cylinders.

    Schedule Shipments with carriers

    Print part and packaging labels

    Facilities Management

    Ensure that all planned and unplanned facilities maintenance activities are completed

    Manage the work of 3rd party contracts (plumbing, electrical, HVAC,, cleaning, etc.)

    Perform basic repairs and maintenance as needed

    Education and/or Experience:

    High school diploma or GED required (Associates degree or higher a plus)

    Comfortable using computers

    2 years prior experience

    Fluent in English

    Ability to handle and manipulate small parts

    Ability to stand for multiple hours per day

    Ability to lift 40 pound boxes if needed

    Experience managing people is a plus
