Our client a major food manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse and logistics operations.

This role is critical to ensure the efficient flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the supply chain, while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping small-package orders
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals
• Monitor workflow to ensure orders are processed within SLA timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with customer service and account management teams to resolve order or shipping issues quickly
• Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained and safe to operate
• Implement and enforce operational policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, orders, and productivity metrics
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or 3PL fulfillment environment
• Strong background in small-package, high-volume shipping operations (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software (specifically ShipHero and NetSuite)
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• On-site role in a manufacturing facility with exposure to warehouse and production environments.
• Physical activity including lifting, walking, and operating warehouse equipment.
