We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and team supervision. This role ensures safe, efficient workflows while maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff

• Manage time, attendance, and workload distribution

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory activities

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records

• Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment maintenance

• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• High School Diploma required

• Previous warehouse/logistics experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Forklift operation experience

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Computer proficiency (Oracle experience a plus)

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
