    JOB TITLE: Marketing / Social Media Coordinator

     

    SUMMARY OF POSITION

    Optimize marketing automation by attracting web site traffic, converting traffic into leads, implementing strategics and tactics to increase, engage and retain promoters. 

     

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Use data and analytics (Google, Social Media, Print Media and Direct Mail) to direct marketing spend and focus.

    • Manage email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.

    • Manage social media accounts to provide relevant content to and grow our client and referral base.

    • Update website content for search engines optimization and lead generation.

    • Create 1–2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics.

    • Collaborate with designers and sales professionals to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.

    • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to promote our brand and products.

    • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.

    • Grow our email list organically, not through bought or rented lists.

    • Ensure inventory on website is kept up to date.

     

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Exceptional writing and editing skills and the ability to adapt to the style and tone of our business. 
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
    • High level of organization and attention to detail

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • A minimum of two years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suites and Adobe Suite
    • Experience designing or maintaining WordPress Websites
    • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Software

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
