    SUMMARY

    The Sales Customer Experience Representative (CER) interfaces with our customers and various business & functional team members to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Through building successful relationships, the Sales Customer Experience Representative will coordinate and align multiple internal resources and capabilities across the company. The CER will work to build customer confidence and loyalty by establishing rapport and consistently resolving issues for them. The CER will be organized and provide sales support and will be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales, design, and customer service departments. 

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Talks with customers by phone using a multi-phone line system or in person
    • Supports Lead Generation and CRM efforts of Sales and Design
    • Works closely with the Sales, Design, and Customer Service teams to assist in daily tasks
    • Enters in small orders for Sales and Design teams
    • Supports sale of new or additional services
    • Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company
    • Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
    • Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service, sales, and design teams
    • Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
    • Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
    • Help keep showroom floor clean and orderly
    • Follow through with our customers’ requests, feedback, and questions
    • Manage various customer service projects to help the team stay informed and efficient and to continually improve processes
    • Tech fluency – you’d become an expert in our product and would need to learn new technology at lightning speed, help and teach others
    • Own customer issues and escalate to appropriate channels as needed
    • Responds to written correspondence and telephone inquiries
    • Bring a flexible mindset - our team relies on each other to cover and/or switch shifts to meet the needs of our customers and quickly adapt to changes in product and process
    • Handle incoming sales calls, manage existing accounts, and work on successful customer retention
    • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
    • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team
    • Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed
    • Performing data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data
    • Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
    • Tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes, entering sales orders, providing customer service, and managing customer relationship management tools.
    • Monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Six months to one-year related experience and/or training. Minimum of three years of experience in customer service.
