    Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC machines, including both 3-4 axis and 5+ axis.     Responsibilities

    • Install and set up CNC machines for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Perform mechanical assembly tasks as needed, contributing to the overall production process.
    • Handle materials effectively, ensuring that all necessary components are available for machining operations.
    • Conduct machine setups for various production runs, adhering to specifications and quality standards.
    • Operate CNC mills (3-4 axis and 5+ axis VMC) and manual vertical mills to produce high-quality parts.
    • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machine-related issues.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in CNC machine installation and operation.
    • Strong background in material handling and mechanical assembly.
    • Hands-on experience with machine setups for production runs.
    • Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
    • Familiarity with CNC mills, specifically 3-4 axis and 5+ axis VMCs, and manual vertical mills.
    • Experience with Haas machines is preferred.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.

    • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

    Machines & technologies you'll use:

    • CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Haas)
    • Manual Vertical Mill
    • CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Haas)

    Salary info:

    $22 - $30 / hr
