We are seeking Seasonal Sales Associates for the Studio Tour Hollywood department. If you enjoy interacting with people from all over the world on a daily basis, this is the job for you! We are looking for candidates who truly enjoy providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to ensure our guests have the best experience while visiting our lot. We have a variety of merchandise so if you are already a Warner Bros. fan, then you're one step ahead of the crowd!
What part will you play?
We are a very busy attraction, so previous retail experience is required. This is a great position for someone who enjoys interacting with people and who would like to make a direct impact on our visitors.
Duties can include greeting tour guests, assisting customers with purchases, answering questions about merchandise, ensuring the store is presentable and stocking retail displays.
Making sure our guests leave with a pleasant experience is our top priority, so strong customer service and communication skills are a must.
What do we require from you? Prefer 6 months experience working at retail stores with strong people skills and cash handling experience. Must have an understanding and appreciation for the "customer comes first" demeanor. Shifts vary Monday -- Sunday, between 6am--10pm.
