Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of assigned cases, from start to finish • Draft discovery, pleadings, settlement agreements, correspondence, affidavits, financial declarations, and other legal documents • Prepare for hearings and trials, organize exhibits, file motions, coordinate witnesses • Coordinate activities with court personnel, court reporters, and process servers Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience as family law or litigation paralegal • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe; experience with Clio is a plus • Ability to work in (what can be) a fast-paced environment • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Be a self-starter and exhibit a willingness to proactively manage your assigned cases Please Note: We will not review resumes until you have completed both the screening questions and DISC assessment. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
