 We are hiring SEASONAL Retail Associates for our Burbank Lot, Part time, 20 hours a week must be open to working weekends. pay $16 per hour.

Our Winter assignment will begin November 20 and tentatively end January 23, 2023.

Television’s beloved series. Guests will also enjoy holiday-themed trivia, guided tours of Stars Hollow, and behind-the-scenes stories from Gremlins, Elf, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, and many other holiday fan favorites.

Guests can sip on hot coffee while enjoying Pop-Tarts® and other delectable treats for purchase throughout Stars Hollow, all while walking in the familiar footsteps of Lorelai, Rory, Luke, and Sookie. Visitors are also invited to explore the original Gilmore Girls sets and get up close to authentic props and costumes. Many photo opportunities will be available, including in front of the iconic gazebo, the official Stars Hollow town sign, Luke’s Diner, Lorelai’s house, Mrs. Kim’s Antiques, the Bjork Snowman, and Doose’s Market.

Exclusive Gilmore Girls holiday merchandise created just for this event will be available for purchase at the pop-up shops in Stars Hollow. The Friends Boutique & Central Perk Café, located at Stage 48, will be festively decorated for the holidays and offer guests an opportunity to see the unique Holiday Armadillo costume featured on the hit television show. Not to be missed, the Warner Bros. Studio Store will be a holiday shopper’s paradise with exclusive merchandise from many fan-favorite TV shows and movies, with same-day personalization offered for select items.

THE JOB

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood gets you closer to the entertainment you love by taking guests on the lot of a working studio. The Studio Tour gives guests a revealing look behind the camera at how Hollywood magic is made. From Friends and The Big Bang Theory to Harry Potter and the DC Universe, fans have the opportunity to explore the nearly 100-year-old studio as they visit the real sets and soundstages on the iconic 110-acre backlot, celebrating where the greatest entertainment in history was made.   

One of the highlights of our tour experience is shopping at our Friends Boutique and Warner Brothers Store.  Join our expert team of storytellers as a Sales Associate. We are seeking talented people who are passionate about providing an extraordinary guest experience – and have fun while doing it! Are you ready to join our team?

THE DAILY  

• Interact with visitors including assisting with purchases and answering questions about the merchandise. 
• Partner with team members to maintain the store’s visual presentation and stock the retail displays.   
• Engage with our guests to guarantee a dynamic, high-touch Warner Bros. experience.

THE ESSENTIALS 

• 6 months of previous retail experience required. 
• Demonstrate strong customer service, communication skills, and have cash handling experience. 
• Understanding and appreciation for the "customer comes first" demeanor. 
• Able to work flexible shifts which vary Monday – Sunday, between 6am – 10pm.
