Job Description
We are searching for someone who can complete the following duties:
- Accurately process and submit manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring full compliance
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure warranty documentation is complete
- Keep in contact with customers while service is being done
- Filling out repair orders
- Cashiering customers
- Able to assist with administrative tasks as necessary - PC skills are a plus
- Outgoing, personable and approachable with a clear speaking voice.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus
- Able to reliably work Tuesday through Saturday -- minimum of 8-hours per day
- A High School graduate (or GED)
- Service experience is helpful but not necessary. We will train the right person.
