  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The Coordinator supports daily operations by organizing activities, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating communication across teams. This role ensures projects and workflows run efficiently by tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and assisting with planning and execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    Administrative & Operational Support:

    - Maintain schedules, calendars, and task lists for the team.

    - Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation.

    - Handles all program communications via email and FedEx on required timeline.

    - Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and resource preparation when applicable.

    Program Coordination:

    - Track program deadlines to ensure timely progress.

    - Monitor and report on status updates, highlighting risks or delays to leadership.

    - Coordinate logistics such as team equipment, materials, or travel.

    Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

    - Serve as a liaison between internal teams, partners, or field staff.

    - Respond to inquiries and route information to the appropriate parties.

    - Facilitate effective communication by distributing updates, documentation, and reminders.

    Data & Reporting:

    - Collect, review, and enter data accurately into relevant dashboards or systems.

    - Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support performance monitoring.

    - Identify discrepancies or trends and escalate issues as needed.

    Process Improvement:

    - Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.

    - Help implement new systems, workflows, or tools.

    - Support compliance by ensuring procedures are followed consistently.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    - High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

    - 1–3 years of coordination, administrative, or project support experience.

    - Experience in field operations, customer service, or office management is a plus.

    Skills:

    - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication.

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital tools.

    - Ability to work independently while supporting multiple tasks simultaneously.

    - Problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
