Interpret equipment submittals, O&M manuals, and manufacturer warranties to validate and process claims.
Schedule and coordinate service technicians or subcontractors to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Document all communications, repairs, and outcomes to ensure full transparency and accountability.
Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve disputes and secure timely replacements.
Support project closeouts by assembling and distributing final warranty documentation to clients.

Education: High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 2–4 years in warranty coordination, service dispatch, or construction administration, preferably within the mechanical contracting space.
Technical Savvy: Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
Tools: Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, CMiC, or Viewpoint is a bonus.
You’ll Succeed Here If You Are:
A natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management.
Comfortable reading technical documents like submittals and system specifications.
Passionate about delivering top-tier service and results.
