We are a high volume veterinary hospital in search of our next Customer Service Representative to join our team. Located in lower Warren County our multi doctor practice is situated on several acres of beautiful country side and farm land. Since 1977 the team has been providing excellent care to our patients and clients. We foster a team atmosphere and are in search of the next dynamic team member to add to our growing practice!

The right candidate will possess the following: • Ability to interact with clients via phone, in person and across several electronic platforms • Proficiency with scheduling platforms and multi-line phone systems • Desire to achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining a high level of client service standards • Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot client issues • Work alongside the Practice Manager to resolve client issues, maintain team productivity, and collaborate on current client relation initiatives Additional Duties: • Scheduling appointments and surgeries • Prepare client invoices and receive payments • Perform over the counter sales of specialty merchandise, exercising a technical knowledge of products sold • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Preferred Experience & Education: • High school diploma or equivalent • At least 2 years of customer service experience • Veterinary experience preferred but not required • Relevant experience with high level office functions in a busy environment Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive hourly wage • Flexible scheduling • Medical Benefits, including health, dental, and vision available • 401-K • Generous discount on services and products • Paid time off
