We are currently looking for a Guest Services Agent with previous experience in the Hotel/Hospitality community. The ideal candidate will have previous front desk experience, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and will possess strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience using Hotelogix software is extremely helpful.

This position supports the Property with completion of day-to-day activities in the Company’s best interest to ensure the property is rented to the fullest capacity in accordance with the Company Operations Guide and Policies and Procedures Manuals.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: preparing available units each morning, processing payments, answering the phones, assisting prospects and current guests with questions/concerns, completing leasing paperwork, posting notices, entering guest information into the system. All employees at the property are responsible for maintaining the safe and clean appearance of our property, grounds, units, pool and laundry facilities. This may include standard housekeeping functions of common areas such as picking up litter, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming and sweeping, and notifying the appropriate person of repairs needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must pass background check & drug screening (post-offer)

Available to work week-end/evening rotation and overtime as needed

Able to take initiative and work productively with minimal supervision

Previous experience using Hotelogix extremely helpful

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook necessary

Leasing Agent/Hotel Front Desk experience is a plus
