Position Title: Instructional Systems Designer

Location: Mobile, AL 

Summary:

Our great client, a nationally recognized information technology and professional services company, is currently seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to work at client site in Mobile, AL.

The Instructional Systems Designer shall be familiar with instruction system design methods to support pilot and aircrew training program. They will be responsible for designing pilot/aircrew training syllabus and curriculum, instructor/student guides, and presentations and other products using styles and standards guides, established educational theories, best practices, and performance support using available tools and software.

Requisite Skills and Experience:

• Shall have at least 3 years’ experience writing aviation technical manuals, have a fundamental knowledge of desktop publishing software, and shall be proficient in the application of Microsoft Word, Arbor Text Editor and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/ or experience in this field in lieu of a degree.
