Description
Our great client has a current opening for a Joint Architecture/ Interfaces Strategist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. The Joint Architecture/ Interfaces Strategist has a broad range of responsibilities related to the identification, analysis and tracking of interfaces to the Federal EHR enclave. Develop strategies to translate technical goals into executable activities. Responsible for ensuring that interfaces are appropriately assessed, developed, and managed in accordance with the Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS) requirements of DoD and VA. Maintain awareness of the status of IT architectural activities between DoD and VA and seek ways to mature processes and establish effective frameworks for cross-Department architectural building and comparisons. Support the maturation of cross-Department activities such as by drafting charters, memorandums of understanding and activity trackers. Act as a versatile technical strategist, working on multiple activities concurrently. Assist in the identification and mitigation of technical risks and issues to the Federal EHR enclave.
