    Program Description:

    This program provides Information Technology Support Services II (ITSS II) at the National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA).

    JOB DESCRIPTION: Change and Process Lead with ten years proven experience to provide IT Configuration, Change, Process, and Documentation management for the Agency Cybersecurity Infrastructure Services Program.

    This is a remote position.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrated success independently managing large, multifaceted complex projects. Familiarity with project integration within NASA. Familiarity with NASA budgeting and financial management systems, configuration management, documentation (project plans, requirements documents, test plans, etc.).

    Specific position requirements include:
    • Perform as the configuration and change manager for a diverse, Enterprise, complex, high-visibility cybersecurity organization.

    • Facilitate the Change Management Board and Engineering Review Board

    • Develop, implement, maintain, and improve configuration and change management processes and procedures.

    • Develop, implement, maintain, and improve organization and operational system business processes, procedures, and standards that promotes cross-element standardization.

    • Perform as the responsible individual for facilitating document preparation, release, and maintenance

    • Develop and lead process improvement programs with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to monitor results.

    • Experience with IT Project life-cycle management, including but not limited to, formulation, requirements collection and analysis, design testing, validation, verification, implementation, operational transition, and post-operational management a plus.

    • Experience with Microsoft Project a plus

    • Ability to partner closely with peers, customers, and management, and provide highly-effective oral and written communications, conduct procedural meetings, multitask and prioritize work in an interrupt-driven environment, and schedule work products to accomplish required tasks.
