Wasatch Recovery Treatment Center is seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with addiction and mental health issues. This position is for evening IOP groups.

    Position Overview:

    As an Outpatient Therapist at Wasatch Recovery Treatment Center, you will play a vital role in the treatment team, providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those seeking recovery and healing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients.

    Provide evidence-based therapy, including individual and group counseling.

    Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic care for clients.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with regulatory standards.

    Facilitate educational and therapeutic groups as part of the treatment program.

    Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings.

    Qualifications:

    Master's degree in Counseling or seeking a degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

    Licensed or pursuing (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, SUDC or equivalent).

    Experience in addiction and mental health treatment preferred.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
