Would you enjoy helping students get to school for their education? Then Wasatch Transportation has an opportunity you may enjoy. We are the sole contractor with Utah Schools for the Deaf and Blind to transport their students to and from school. This is a curb-to-curb service to help the children further their education. A standard 8-10 passenger van is driven, in the morning to pick the kids up from home to school. Then in the afternoon, pick them up and take them home. Typical work hours run 7-9 am and then 3-5 pm. Times may vary due to the age of students you are assisting as well as drive time. The vehicle stays at your residence to make it a simple process to start and finish your day. We guarantee a minimum of 4 hours per day. The routes adhere to a normal school schedule, which gives you time off when the students are and of course no weekend work. Due the nature of the precious cargo, all Wasatch Transportation employees must pass a drug test, MVR, background check as well as a light Fit for Duty. Drives must also be a minimum of 21 years of age. This is a great part time job that works for college students, retired professionals or anyone that enjoys assisting children to reach their educational potential.
