Job Description

The work is outside, hence, a little warm in the summer and cool in the winter but the other 6 months out of the year are perfect to being working outside. Our busiest times of the week are on the weekends and that is when we need our best people, so Fridays and Saturdays are all hands on deck.

You will be responsible for checking customers and members in when they arrive and to make sure they get all of the services the proper services. Also, you will need to making sure our cleanliness standards and inventory levels are always kept at the highest levels to ensure each one of our customers always have the best experience possible at our facility.

The compensation is a base salary and a percentage of sales. We believe this type of compensation package gives our employees the most incentive to drive the business to its best protentional because they know, the better the business does the more money they put in their own pockets.
