    A Wash Bay Attendant is responsible for cleaning andmaintaining vehicles, equipment, or machinery using wash bay tools andequipment. This role ensures vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, presentable, andready for use while maintaining a safe and organized wash area.

    2nd Shift is 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM

    Key Responsibilities

    • Wash and clean vehicles, trucks, trailers, or equipment using pressure washers, hoses, and cleaning agents
    • Remove dirt, grease, mud, and debris from exterior surfaces, wheels, and undercarriages
    • Apply soaps, degreasers, and protective treatments as required
    • Dry vehicles and perform basic detailing tasks such as wiping surfaces and cleaning windows
    • Inspect vehicles for damage or issues and report them to supervisors
    • Maintain wash bay equipment including pressure washers, and hoses
    • Ensure wash bay area remains clean, organized, and free of hazards
    • Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
    • Assist with moving vehicles or equipment in and out of the wash bay when needed
    • Dispose of waste water and cleaning materials according to environmental guidelines
    • Other duties as assigned by management

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Ability to operate pressure washers and basic cleaning equipment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work in wet and physically demanding conditions
    • Good time management and efficiency
    • Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
    • Basic communication skills
    • Valid driver’s license

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand for long periods
    • Lift up to 50 lbs
    • Work in wet environments
    • Bend, reach, and move around vehicles or equipment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous vehicle washing or detailing experience
    • Experience working in a dealership, trucking company, or equipment yard
    • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and pressure washing equipment
