    <p>Key Role:</p><p>Provide Air Force senior&ndash;level subject matter expertise (SME) for Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) collection, Signals and Intelligence Analysis, and Telecommunications Systems in support of Air Force Cryptologic Office at Fort George G. Meade, MD. Provide guidance for Air Force Technical SIGINT (TechSIGINT) Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) policies, strategies, and standards. Advise on best practices for the management and oversight of signals mission operations and analysis processes and activities. Assist with identifying potential improvements to supported systems. Advise on and assist with developing comprehensive Air Force TechSIGINT architecture and data flow policies. Identify strategic implications of tactical efforts and recommend courses of action to proactively position the Air Force for success. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Basic Qualifications:</p><p>-12+ years of experience with Air Force and National agency SIGINT collection and requirements, data&ndash;processing, and Air Force SIGINT operations, including advanced signals analysis, TechSIGINT, PROFORMA, and other SIGINT capabilities</p><p>-Experience with SIGINT Technical Information or Digital Network Intelligence, PROFORMA, and Foreign Instrumentation Analysis reporting and processing</p><p>-Experience with National and Air Force mission operations projects and data flow supporting National agency operational missions</p><p>-Knowledge of multiple National and Air Force SIGINT collection systems</p><p>-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph</p><p>-AA or AS degree</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Additional Qualifications:</p><p>-Experience with SIGINT collection and survey requirements, system upgrades, and deployment projects</p><p>-Experience with National agency staff actions, including Staff Processing Forms (SPF) and directives</p><p>-Experience in working with national Target Offices of Primary Interest (TOPI) or Joint senior partners</p><p>-Experience with writing, interpreting, inspecting, or implementing National and AF ISR policy, directives, and guidance</p><p>-Experience with Air Force staff actions, including Operational Instructions, AF Staff Summary Sheets (SSS), Bullet Background Papers, Air Force memos, Air Force Instructions, or other policy manuals and directives</p><p>-Experience with Computer Network Operations, Cyber Analysis, and SIGINT for acquiring, identifying, reporting, and processing multiple mission types</p><p>-Knowledge of national and tactical analysis and SIGINT reporting vehicles and tools</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Clearance:</p><p>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.</p>
