    The name of our firm is Washington Eye Physicians and Surgeons (www.washingtoneye.com). We are a 12 doctor Ophthalmology practice located in Friendship Heights: 5454 Wisconsin Ave, suite #950. Our practice is celebrating its 67th year. I am currently interviewing individuals with an interest in a career in medicine. I will provide you with the training and skills that you need to become a successful Ophthalmic Technician. The training is on the job and paid. The current starting rate is $15/hr. Since I provide the training I do require a minimum commitment of two years. This makes the position perfect for someone looking to go to medical school, PA school, or nursing school in 2+ years.
