We are seeking licensed Wastewater Operators for contract assignments supporting regulated municipal facilities across Massachusetts.

These roles are best suited for operators with mid to high level certifications looking to expand their experience across multiple plant environments.

Many of the operators we work with currently hold full time roles and choose to take on contract assignments for additional income.

Current needs include:
• Wastewater Operators Grade 3, 4, and above
• Operators with experience in higher capacity or complex systems

Assignments may include:
• short term plant coverage
• compliance support
• operational continuity during staffing gaps

Requirements:
• Active Massachusetts wastewater license
• Strong understanding of plant operations and compliance standards
• Ability to integrate quickly into existing teams

Compensation is competitive and aligned with grade level and facility complexity.
