We are seeking a detail-oriented watch repair technician to join our clients team in Brooklyn, NY.

The ideal candidate will have experience performing basic watch repairs, including battery replacements, strap adjustments, minor servicing, stem and crown repairs, movement changes, and crystal replacements.

The ability to polish watches is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic repairs, such as battery replacements, strap and bracelet adjustments, minor movement servicing, stem and crown repairs, movement changes, and crystal replacements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common watch issues.
• Conduct polishing and refinishing of watch cases and bracelets to restore their original luster.
• Ensure proper care and handling of watches, maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a watch repair technician.
• Familiarity with basic watch repair tools and techniques, including stem and crown replacement, movement changes, and crystal replacement.
• Experience in watch polishing (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for watches and craftsmanship.
