    Join our team. We are a locally-owned, family run business with TWO locations, one in Winona MN and one in Tomah, WI. We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to work between the two stores and service our customers in Trempealeau, Buffalo, Jackson, and some of Monroe counties in Wisconsin. Ideal candidate could live in one of the towns within that area. Office would be in Winona, MN. Vehicle will be provided for work use.

    Expectations

    Analyze customers’ current water quality and offer solutions to address and improve specific needs

    Build solid, long-term relationships with customers

    Communicate consistently and effectively with management, service/installation teams, and customer service departments

    Creatively seek out and generate additional opportunities by canvassing, making cold calls, and taking part in community events and/or sponsorship opportunities as a representative of the company

    Report sales activities/updates on a daily and weekly basis

    Candidate will have a office space in Winona, but this field sales. Must be ambitious and excited to serve customers with better water. This is not a desk job. Days should be full of customer and community engagement

    Meet or exceed benchmarks in place. Position requires 40 hours a week. Nights & weekends not required, but may occasionally be requested based on customer needs or community events.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required

    Valid driver’s license - must have clean driving record and pass background check

    No sales experience required, will train the right candidate

    Consistently present a professional appearance

    Must be a "people person" and truly enjoy talking with people

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
