A Water Damage Restoration Technician performs various tasks, from assisting with production processes to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Responsibilities
Perform water, mold, and fire damage restoration, including demolition, dry-outs, packing, cleaning, debris removal, etc.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
Perform end-of-the-day job cleanup and breakdown.
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
Adherence to safety protocols.
Perform procedures based on the crew chief's instructions.
Have empathy for others and show a sense of urgency in resolving customers’ problems.
Work hard and take pride in doing the job right every time.
Move equipment and other items from the warehouse to the job site and back.
Communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concerns.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Construction experience preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift heavy objects
Valid and clean driver's license
Ability to pass an FBI background check
Restoration experience preferred but not necessary
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Must pass a fit test to perform this job
