What We Do

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician / Restoration Laborer, you'll be on the front lines of disaster recovery — helping families and businesses get back on their feet. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification

Demolition of water-damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation)

Mold remediation and moisture control procedures

Content cleaning, pack-out services, and debris removal

Operating restoration equipment: air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters

Vehicle and equipment maintenance

Job site cleanup and warehouse organization

Inventory management and supply loading

Upholding OSHA safety standards at all times

Delivering empathetic, professional customer service during crisis situations

What We're Looking For:

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs (fitness assessment required)

FBI background check clearance

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Flexibility for overtime and on-call scheduling

Preferred

Background in construction, trades, renovation, or demolition

Prior restoration industry or water mitigation experience

Customer service experience
