What You'll Do
As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you'll respond to water, fire, storm, and mold losses while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities include:
Perform water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, board-ups, and tarping.
Set up and monitor drying equipment.
Protect properties from further damage.
Document work using company technology.
Communicate professionally with customers, insurance partners, and teammates.
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment.
Follow IICRC standards, company procedures, and safety guidelines.
Participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications
Required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to lift 75 lbs. regularly
Comfortable with physically demanding work
Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred
Restoration or construction experience
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
Experience with drying equipment and moisture mapping
OSHA certification
Leadership experience

Compensation & Benefits
$21.00–$25.00/hour based on experience
