Water Damage Restoration Technician Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and service-driven Restoration Technician to join our field team. This position focuses on property damage restoration, including water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire/smoke damage cleanup and will also include carpet, tile/grout, upholstery cleaning activities.

The ideal candidate is customer focused, hands-on, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments with a strong work ethic and great attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to emergency calls for water, mold, and fire/smoke damage

Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification

Perform mold remediation (containment, HEPA vacuuming, demo, etc.)

Operate and maintain restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers)

Set up containment and negative air environments

Document job progress with moisture readings, photos, and digital job notes

Provide professional, courteous service to customers on-site

Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

Work on an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies (as needed)

Be available to do carpet, tile/grout, upholstery cleaning calls.

Required Qualifications

IICRC Certification (WRT, AMRT, FSRT, etc.)

1+ year experience in property restoration, demolition, or construction required, 5+ years preferred

Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, attics, or crawlspaces

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Comfortable using mobile apps to document work

Strong communication and customer service skills

Strong Team player

Preferred Qualifications

Experienced in Carpet Cleaning, Tile/Grout Cleaning and Upholstery Cleaning

Experience with Truck Mount and Portable systems.

Texas Mold Remediation Contractor License
