Water Feature Service & Maintenance Coordinator
Pool - Pond - Water Feature Service & Maintenance Coordinator Reflections Water Gardens is looking for a results-driven Maintenance & Customer Service professional to actively run, service, and coordinate our service department. THIS IS A HANDS-ON WORKING POSITION. You will be responsible for the continued service of clients' projects, maintenance and repairs, acquiring new accounts, enhancing and retaining existing accounts, and training new team members. Self-motivation, reliability, ambition, and a passion for service in outdoor environments are a must to be successful at Reflections Water Gardens. Responsibilities: • Clean swimming pools and filtration using certified pool equipment • Discover and repair leaks or cracks in the pool area’s structure, plumbing, or pipes • Maintain record of paperwork and services performed • Remove and install new underwater lights • Troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty equipment • Survey pH levels of water, and add or maintain chemicals as needed • Advise and educate customers on best preventative maintenance practices • Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships • Estimate and acquire new accounts • Achieve agreed-upon goals and outcomes • Coordinate Maintenance and Service tasks with team members • Continued self-improvement through feedback from the team and clients • Post to social media for brand awareness and prospecting Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must be able to work in harsh weather conditions • High school diploma or GED required • Ability to lift heavy equipments and dexterity are required • Prior experience with pool chemicals, maintenance techniques and equipment, is strongly preferred • Highly motivated and driven with a background in water feature service and maintenance • Knowledge of both biological and chemical systems • Excellent communication and people skills • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills • Problem-solving • Ability to work independently in the field and office as required • Bilingual. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
