    Position Overview The Restoration Technician will assist in the cleanup, repair, and restoration of properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. This includes demolition, debris removal, drying, cleaning, and light reconstruction work. You will work directly with team members and customers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Load work vehicles with necessary equipment, materials, and supplies for each job.

    Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, tools, and workspace.

    Prepare and protect job sites before work begins.

    Perform water extraction, drying, fire/smoke damage cleanup, mold remediation, demolition, and content pack-outs.

    Follow all safety guidelines, including proper PPE use and hazard awareness.

    Communicate job progress, needs, and concerns with supervisors and customers.

    Take accurate job notes and photos for documentation.

    Leave job sites clean and orderly upon completion.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED (required)

    Previous experience in restoration, construction, demolition, or a related field (preferred)

    IICRC certification preferred

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)

    Effective oral communication skills and strong customer service abilities

    Ability to work well as part of a team and meet deadlines

    Comfortable using mobile devices for job documentation

    Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. regularly

    Ability to climb ladders, work at elevated heights, and perform tasks in tight or confined spaces

    Ability to work in various conditions, including heat, cold, and dusty environments

    Willingness to wear a respirator when required

    Work Schedule

    Full-time position

    Monday–Friday with on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

    Overtime as needed
