About the Role:

Hot Water Plumbing LLC is looking for a skilled Water Heater Technician to join our growing team in Denver, CO! This is a hands-on role where you'll be the expert customers rely on to keep their hot water flowing — from installs to repairs, you'll make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and replace residential and commercial water heaters including tank and tankless units

Diagnose water heater issues and perform accurate, efficient troubleshooting

Perform routine maintenance, flushing, and inspections on water heating systems

Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards

Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, timelines, and pricing

Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage parts inventory

Complete service documentation and job reports accurately and on time

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in plumbing or water heater installation and repair

Familiarity with tank, tankless, gas, electric, and hybrid water heater systems

Knowledge of local Denver/Colorado plumbing codes and safety regulations

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Plumbing license or apprenticeship experience preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Professional, customer-friendly attitude and strong communication skills
