What the job looks like - Job Description:
The Water Mitigation Coordinator is a highly organized, customer-focused team player responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional claims process from start to finish. This role supports clients, field staff, and management by maintaining clear communication, timely service execution, and fully documented job files—all while delivering a standout client experience
What you’ll be doing - To be considered, you’ll need to be able to perform the following:
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and insurance representatives.
Communicate effectively through written and verbal communication over the phone, via email, and in person.
Provide timely updates and support to meet client and project needs.
Coordinate and dispatch crews to job sites as needed.
Track and review project documentation and compliance requirements.
Ensure job files are complete, accurate, and consistently updated.
Assist with verifying payment responsibilities and support billing inquiries when needed.
Conduct quality assurance follow-ups and document feedback.
Participate in daily team meetings to review project status and ensure expectations are being met.
Maintain punctuality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for - You’ll be a great fit if you:
Are adaptable, dependable + work well with others.
Have punctual tendencies and an organized approach to work.
Possess excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
Have a background in similar fields/positions, office work, customer service.
Are computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
What you’re looking for - Benefits + Compensation:
Full time, Wednesday through Sunday, 8AM-5PM.
Hourly base (starting wages listed) + monthly commissions (they combined range is averaged between $50-55k annually).
