Position Overview:
As a Water Mitigation Project Manager at Puroclean, you will play a critical role in managing and executing water damage restoration projects from start to finish. You will be the point person for our clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This position demands strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of water mitigation processes. Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage multiple water mitigation projects simultaneously, overseeing the entire process from initial inspection to final completion.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and exceptional customer service.
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of technicians, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality results at every stage of the project.
Site Assessment: Conduct thorough damage assessments and develop comprehensive mitigation plans tailored to the specific needs of each project.
Quality Control: Monitor progress and quality at each stage of the project, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Documentation & Reporting: Complete detailed project documentation, including daily logs, scope of work, and before/after photos.
Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, local codes, and insurance requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in water mitigation, disaster restoration, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or project management role.
Certifications: IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in Water Damage Restoration required. Additional certifications (e.g., mold remediation, fire damage restoration) are a plus.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, managing diverse groups of technicians and subcontractors.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions to resolve issues and ensure project success.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with water mitigation equipment, restoration software, and project management tools.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials, as well as work in challenging environments.
