What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Project Execution: Lead mitigation jobs from initial inspection to final equipment pickup.

Perform Mitigation: Water extraction, set drying equipment, take moisture readings, and document everything clearly.

Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide top-tier service.

Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.

The Details:

Pay: $22–$28/hr + on-call bonuses ($50–$200/job depending on type)

Schedule: Full-time, rotating emergency response coverage
