Position Overview

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial water filtration systems
Install and service water softeners, filtration equipment, pressure tanks, and related water treatment systems
Diagnose water quality issues and recommend appropriate filtration solutions
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair water pumps, pressure switches, pressure tanks, and associated equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance on water filtration and pump systems
Assist with water well service, pump replacements, and irrigation-related projects as needed
Read service orders, blueprints, and system layouts to complete installations accurately
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
Maintain service vehicles, tools, inventory, and equipment
Document completed work, parts used, and customer recommendations
Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, maintenance, and system operation
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards
Qualifications
Previous experience with water filtration systems, pump systems, plumbing, irrigation, or a related mechanical trade preferred
Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and installation instructions
Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Willingness to learn new equipment, technologies, and installation techniques
Experience with residential well pumps and pressure systems
Knowledge of reverse osmosis systems, water softeners, sulfur removal, iron filtration, or whole-home filtration systems
Plumbing or irrigation experience
Experience operating small equipment and power tools
