About the Role:

Join SuYash Consulting, LLC as a Water Resources Project Manager, where you will lead innovative projects in water management and sustainability. We are looking for a passionate individual to drive impactful solutions in the DMV area, contributing to our purpose of protect and enhance natural habitats and commuter experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee water resources projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance.

Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support project design.

Design Stormwater Management, Drainage and Erosion and Sediment Control.

Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.

Lead project teams and mentor junior staff in water resource engineering practices.

Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting water resources management.

Facilitate public meetings and presentations to communicate project objectives and outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in water resources project management and engineering.

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.

Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MicroStation, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, AutoCAD, GIS).

Knowledge of Maryland Regulations for stormwater management and erosion & Sediment control.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
