About the Role:

PD Franchise NJ Management LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Bridgewater, MA. This is your chance to make a real difference by helping homeowners and businesses recover and rebuild after water damage emergencies. Responsibilities:

Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification on residential and commercial properties

Assess and document water damage using moisture detection equipment

Set up, monitor, and break down drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers

Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process to ensure satisfaction

Follow IICRC standards and safety protocols on every job site

Coordinate with project managers and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently

Respond to emergency water damage calls, including after-hours situations

Requirements:

Prior experience in water damage restoration, remediation, or a related trade preferred

IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification is a plus

Ability to operate moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and drying equipment

Strong physical stamina — ability to lift heavy equipment and work in demanding conditions

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Availability for on-call and emergency response shifts
