Water Restoration Technician

Help homes and businesses recover from water damage. We’re seeking motivated team members to perform water mitigation, structural drying, and restoration services in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to water damage emergencies

Assess and document damage

Perform water extraction and set up drying equipment

Remove damaged materials and apply antimicrobial treatments

Take moisture readings and job photos

Communicate with customers and maintain clean, safe job sites

Participate in training and on-call rotation

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented and safety-focused

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Able to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs

Flexible schedule (nights/weekends as needed)

Preferred: IICRC certification, restoration experience, Xcelerate/Encircle/Xactimate knowledge.
